Sharon Dolan D’Arcy opened Lousha Boutique in April 2004. Sharon is originally from Ennis and has now made her home in Athenry. She opened the boutique because she saw that the stylish ladies of East Galway needed somewhere locally to purchase unique and different style. There is also a growing trend of people avoiding the stress associated with travelling into the city and now finding that their local town has exactly what they are looking for.

Lousha has quickly built a reputation as a boutique that prides itself on personalised customer service, offering ‘something stylish and special’ to the customer. We are pleased to now welcome new customers from the length and breadth of Ireland as Lousha and Athenry are fast becoming regarded as a great place to shop for style in!

The boutique provides a range of sizes from size 8 to 20. There is something for women of all ages in Lousha, catering for women in their 20’s right up to the stylish and ‘with it’ ladies in their 80’s. Sharon’s mother, Maureen has over 30 years retailing experience and she values her excellent taste and advice when they go on their buying trips together. The mother and daughter team travel internationally to personally choose the gorgeous style the boutique is renowned for.

Lousha is also a one-stop boutique offering essential accessories such as handbags, costume jewellery, scarves, shawls and feathered headpieces to compliment and finish any outfit.
